Explore various muscle groups and needy body areas each week to eliminate strain and discomfort from sitting too long, working on screens and living with stress.You will find greater self-awareness, freedom and ease in your body. Put the power of self-massage into your own hands.All levels welcome! This is a movement class and workout attire is strongly encouraged.Registration is required on our wellness class website. If you do not already have an account on this website, you'll need to create one. This is a fee-based class and open to the entire MIT community.

Whether you're looking to learn how to grapple or just want to get in a good workout, wrestling practice is a good time to learn technique, get in some live goes, and have fun with a great group of people.Current schedule is: structured practice MTRF, open mats W, and technique sessions 9-10:30am on Saturday. - Mar 76:00 PMInfinite Careers - Izzat Jarudi - Co-Founder & CEO at EdifiiDinner and Learn with Izzat Jarudi.Izzat Jarudi earned his Bachelor of Science in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from MIT in 2004, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. While at MIT, he lived in First West and was actively involved in the MIT Washington DC Summer Intern Program and the Public Service Center. His remarkable journey began in Lebanon before coming to the United States, where he overcame early academic challenges to excel at MIT.Izzat went on to earn his PhD in moral psychology from Yale University. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Edifii, where he is developing an innovative personalized digital guidance assistant designed to work alongside human counselors. Under his leadership, Edifii achieved significant recognition in 2024 as one of only twelve companies nationwide selected by the US Department of Education for its Small Business Innovation Research grant.
