An effective community organizer, she emphasizes the importance of nurturing others, curating narrative, and establishing a legacy of connection and collaboration.

A short Yang style tai chi form will be taught.Special clothing is not necessary, but athletic shoes and loose fitting pants are recommended.Registration is required on our wellness class website.
