Attend a free film screening for The Antisocial Network: Memes to Mayhem, a new documentary that explains how a group of bored teenagers built an online community out of their shared loneliness but accidentally shattered consensus reality in the process.Following the screening, the directors of film, Giorgio Angelini and Arthur Jones, will engage in a Q&A moderated by Gabriella Coleman (Harvard Department of Anthropology), an expert on the hacktivist collective Anonymous, and the author of Hacker, Hoaxer, Whistleblower, Spy: The Many Faces of Anonymous.Co-presented by: Social and Ethical Responsibilities of Computing (SERC), MIT Anthropology, and MIT Philosophy
